This is why we have developed a specific module for the management of the activity and the staff in the cleaning of hotels : SEENET.

EVALUATE THE WORKING LOAD THROUGH THE OCCUPATION RATE

In the SEENET software, you enter the occupancy rate of the hotel, day by day and over 4 consecutive weeks. This allows you to estimate the workload according to the affluence. You can modify it as the reservations move forward.

ADAPT TEAMS BASED ON WORKLOAD

As you go along, the solution displays the gaps between the workload and the planned work time of the teams. This allow you to adapt the staff to the hotel’s need.

All room numbers are configured in the module, floor by floor by kind of rooms. You can select them according to the needs, their specificity or teams.

Depending on the life of the hotel, you schedule the tasks related to each room : a departure with an additional bed, refreshment or recouching, ...

ASSIGN ROOMS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO EACH EMPLOYEES

Once you have defined for each room the cleaning intervention to be done, you allocate the rooms to the employees. The tool tells you the estimated time of work with regard to their working time planified.

EDIT ACTIVITY AND CONTROL BOARDS

Each employees receive their activity sheets, which you can either print or transmit on their mobile. As soon as they start their services, employees are informed of the room numbers and associated instructions. In terms of quality control, housekeepers can have either printed control boards or checklists directly on their tablets.

CLOSING AND BILLING IN REAL TIME.

Every day you close the work day. This allows you to precisely establish the dashboard of the rooms cleaned : cleaning, controls, technical problems, etc. Based on this closing, you will establish your detailed billing to your customer.
