OUR CUSTOMERS PARTICIPATE IN THE EVOLUTION OF OUR SOFTWARE THANKS TO THE USER CLUB

The first half of 2019 saw the creation of the Progiclean Users Club, which will gather its members twice a year.

USER CLUB OBJECTIVES : EXCHANGE ON PROGICLEAN AND MOBILITY TOOLS BETWEEN USERS AND DESIGNER

Our Progiclean club users allow to discuss on the features of the solution, its implementation, but also the problems encountered and perspective of evolution.

The main challenge of this club users is to make live and evolve the software without any commercial considerations.

Federating a community of users by setting up a relevant, coherent and constructive dialogue makes the emergence of mutual benefits possible.

As a software company, we have to adapt to "immerse ourselves" in many types of job and products. The challenge here is to target each user's concern in their working condition and quickly understand how the software can meet identified needs or those that are not identified yet.

THE USERS CLUB ADVANTAGES

Members can take advantage of exchanges times to note the axes of improvement of their solutions.

For users, the benefits include :

    • Participating in moments of constructive exchanges and sharing the value of their involvement within the company, with the management but also with the operational teams who handle the software on a daily basis ;
