The event kicked off with a presentation by Momar MBAYE on the development of SENEF and the PROGICLEAN ecosystem. He highlighted how our marketplace enriches users' daily lives.

Nicolas Fauvel and Samuel Femandy, Product Manager, then detailed product evolutions and developments, explaining how user feedback is integrated into our R&D process. Among the innovations presented:
- Customer Portal and Employee Portal: for simplified, centralized management.
- Inspi: The application dedicated to field managers.
- Keasy: The key management application.

Focus on the Belgian waste management market

Coralie de Limbourg from Groupe Kirei s.a. also took the floor to talk about the Belgian cleaning market. Accompanied by her team, made up of Celia Robillard and Gilles Eloy, she shared how PROGICLEAN has supported their company's growth in a fast-changing market subject to increasingly stringent legal constraints.
