Related services: How to diversify?
According to a recent study by Le Monde de la Propreté, 6 out of 10 cleaning companies offer associated services, representing on average 10% of their sales. Although these services have been in use for years, they remain under-exploited. In a post-sanitary crisis context, as customer demand expands, companies have more and more opportunities to diversify their offerings.
Standard associated services :
- Building maintenance.
- Green space management.
- Preparation of meeting rooms.
- Concierge services.
- Waste management.
These services enable us to meet the specific and varied needs of our customers, but their implementation requires a rigorous commercial and organizational strategy.
Challenges and opportunities :
- Customer expectations: Multiservice solutions tailored to their environments and beneficiaries.
- Benefits for companies: Diversify activities and boost competitiveness.
- Points to watch: Organization, training and adaptation to specific needs.
A webinar and the new Le Monde de la Propreté publication offer practical advice, key figures and best practices to guide cleaning companies wishing to develop their associated services.
