The waste management sector mobilizes
The Fédération des Entreprises de Propreté (FEP) is mobilizing its members to oppose the PLFSS 2025 reform. It provides for a 4-point increase in employer contributions in the cleaning sector. This measure would threaten competitiveness and employment in the sector, in contradiction with the "de-micardization" objective pursued by the government.
Thanks to an awareness-raising campaign aimed at elected representatives, the deputies on the Social Affairs Committee voted in favor of amendments cancelling article 6 of the bill. The FEP considers this deletion to be a first victory, although the text still has to be debated in the public session and in the Senate.
