New MSI study on cleanliness

Carried out just over 3 years ago, the latest MSI Reports study on the "Cleaning and associated services market in France" provided a snapshot of the sector before the two major crises (Covid and economic) that have largely reshuffled the cards.

In the latest edition, the experts from this sector-specific market research company take stock of the growing trend in outsourced cleaning services (+4% between 2022 and 2023), the increase in sales (€26.7 billion in 2023, €28 billion in 2028), and the obstacles and key events of recent months (wage rises, energy crisis, CSR, etc.).

European elections: proposals from cleaning professionals

The EFCI (European cleaning and facility services industry) has presented its Manifesto ahead of the European elections in June 2024. The manifesto brings together proposals to enhance the value of the cleaning sector in Europe. Members of the European Parliament have expressed their support, emphasizing the need for a pragmatic approach. But also a special focus on SMEs. Sector representatives also stressed the importance of more responsible public purchasing . With Philippe Jouanny, President of the FEP, calling for concrete action in this area.
