Within the Product team, you will be responsible for participating in the development of our tools. As an Assistant Project Manager - Product, your missions will include
POSITION DETAILS
Participate in customer audits
Interface with clients in the expression and writing of functional requirements
Identify and propose to customers the possible technical solutions according to their needs
Manage relations with other project partners
Organize the project in stages and over time, ensure that schedules are respected
Verify that all procedures are well documented and regularly reviewed
Follow-up and update of the product database
Contribute to the deployment and evolution of the tools (production of communication support, tutorials, etc.)
Monitoring of statistics on the use of tools by users
Creation and monitoring of dashboards and key KPIs
Product development and evolution in general
Analysis of our products performance
Recommendation of action plans
PROFILE REQUIRED
Student type DUT /License MIAGE, Computer Science or information system you are looking for a work experience in a software company
Fluent English desired
You are rigorous, you have common sense and can handle stress with a smile
You are fast, able to handle several projects at once and have good interpersonal skills
You are a good team player and have the ability to make suggestions
You are curious by nature and are constantly on the lookout for information to respond to the problems expressed
You are at ease with IT tools and business applications.
Strong business skills and technical knowledge (CRM, digital marketing)
You are looking for a work-study program in which you can have a real impact
