As part of the Sales team, your role will be to participate in the development of our client portfolios. As an Assistant Project Manager - Commercial, your tasks will include assisting your Manager in the :
Follow-up and management of a client portfolio
Ensure regular communication with customers, create a climate of trust
Communicate on the evolution of our tools
Ensure that all customer needs are met
Ensure portfolio satisfaction and loyalty
Ensure the follow-up of contracts and the respect of commitments made
Understand and proactively respond to clients' business issues
Prospect for new customers, detect new opportunities
Analyze the markets, understand the needs of your interlocutors and present the advantages of our solutions
Develop the turnover
