Progiclean makes it easy to find an available employee to replace an employee due to illness or paid leave.

Last but not least, scheduling a last-minute TE is simplified with a search for availability by time slot and geographical area.

Quoting and billing

The dashboard also visualizes contracts, amendments and invoices. At a glance, I can see the number of TEs waiting to be scheduled, while keeping an eye on sales and outstanding invoices.

The software is very fast, even for monthly invoicing. We send out around 250 invoices a month, and in just a few seconds they're sent without any waiting. 

Fabrice Raux, Oria Services: Before Progiclean, invoicing took us 3 to 4 days a month. Since Progiclean, it's been 2 to 3 hours a month.

Payroll management:

Jordan Lecointre: And as far as payroll is concerned, we've considerably reduced processing time, while ensuring excellent reliability. This was a sensitive point internally before the deployment of Progiclean and Silae.
