Interview with Jean Yves Resnais and Mawa Dia (Progiclean expert).

Jean Yves Resnais: My name is Jean Yves Resnais, and I'm head of human resources at L'oiseau Blanc.
L'oiseau Blanc is a cleaning and associated services company, providing general building maintenance services to our customers in the tertiary sector, schools and condominiums. We are based in the Paris region, mainly in western Paris.

Mawa Dia: Mawa Dia, I'm the customer service manager and partner at SENEF soft. We are software publishers. We're developing in three verticals: personal services, cleaning and facility management.

 

 

How does SENEF support you on a day-to-day basis?

MD: SENEf's day-to-day support, as we're a business solution, is to respond to the problems encountered by our customers in the field via our Progiclean or Progisap tool, which is a complete ERP system that enables you to manage your business from the prospect. All sales activity, planning activity, then payroll and invoicing. The link between our business and Silae is that we offer payroll with Silae via an interface (web service or API service) that enables data to be exchanged between the data we've calculated in our ERP and the data that needs to arrive in the payroll software in order to calculate pay slips and make social declarations. This Webservice (data exchange) is a two-way process. It goes from Progiclean to Silae to retrieve payroll variables. And it also goes from Silae to Progiclean to define profitability by site, when the payroll of employees is retrieved from the tool.

How long have you been working with SENEF and Silae?

JR: We've been working with SENEF, with their Progiclean solution and therefore with Silae since 2019. And we're gradually building up the different modules to really harness the full power of both solutions.

What's special about your business?

JR: We're a service company, which means we have to plan, manage our staff and deal with high staff turnover. And we need all the power of our tools to support us in this management.

What do you do on a day-to-day basis to manage payroll?

JR: On a day-to-day basis, because of our staff movements, we retrieve the files we've created in Progiclean directly from Silae. This saves us a lot of time. And then, we do all the technical payroll steps, the transmissions to the various organizations, the various attestations and all the planning transmission management.

What are the main advantages of working with Silae and SENEF?

JR: First of all, it's reliability. Thanks to conventional tracking and the automatic feedback of information directly from Progiclean. Secondly, it's an all-in-one tool, providing all the platforms for exchanges with all the organizations outside our system. And finally, thanks to the feedback of social and financial information directly from Silae into Progiclean, we can precisely manage our business.

A word of advice for those who are hesitating?

MD : You'll gain in time, reliability and compliance. Time, because we can manage complex schedules and staff turnover. Reliability, since we can transfer your data directly from our ERP system to Silae without any re-entry. In compliance, since Silae manages legal and conventional compliance.
