Introduce yourself: name, position, mission and present Progiclean

SM: Soukeyna Mbaye, Delivery and Training Project Manager at SENEF for 3 years, in charge of supporting our customers in deploying our Web and Mobile solutions, including Progiclean, in their companies.

FR: ORIA SERVICE is a company I set up in 2002. We specialize in cleaning condominiums and offices. We're based in Boulogne-Billancourt in the Hauts de Seine department and employ 30 people. We work on some 150 sites throughout the IDF region. We have been working with Progiclean since March 2022.

 

 

What's special about your business?

FR: With nearly 150 sites, route planning is a key issue for us. We need to know at all times which agent is working on which site.
With Progiclean's planning tool, we can consult our daily, weekly and monthly schedules, and inform each of our customers if necessary. Progiclean makes it easy to find an available employee to replace an agent (due to illness or paid leave).
Finally, scheduling a last-minute TE is simplified with a search for availability by time slot and geographical area.

What actions do you take on a daily basis to plan your business?

FR: On a day-to-day basis, we create estimates. We invoice for exceptional work, and from a human resources point of view, we validate and monitor employment contracts.

How did you go from using software to using Progiclean?

FR: We didn't have any software before switching to Progiclean. We worked the old-fashioned way, with Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and a good dose of organization and courage. ORIA SERVICE had reached a critical size, and it was high time for us to equip ourselves with business software to centralize all the company's information.

What changes have you seen with Progiclean? What did you think of it?

FR: First change: time savings. For example: before Progiclean, invoicing took us 3 to 4 days a month; since Progiclean, it's 2 to 3 hours a month. Second change: automatic centralization and prioritization of information. With Progiclean, nothing is lost and everything is found.

What support did you receive when setting up Progiclean?

FR: Soukeyna provided us with face-to-face and remote support during the deployment phase. This phase lasted around 3 months.
Soukeyna Mbaye: We have a well-established onboarding process, which begins after signature. We support our customers in entering and configuring the software, right through to training on our tools. Our process is adaptable, and can be carried out face-to-face or remotely, depending on each customer's needs and organization.

How does Progiclean currently support you?

FR: At present, we have an after-sales service platform (JIRA) that responds to all our requests, with follow-up and incident management.
If necessary, Soukeyna is always available to provide a solution.

SM: Our support teams take over from us. We work with ticketing software. But we also have a hotline, a structured tool for tracking individual customer requests.

Can you explain the latest developments?

FR: As far as we're concerned, we're finalizing the deployment of the MOBICLEAN solution, which is a dedicated application for employees, with geolocalized clocking-in on each work site, mission reports and on-site incident reports.
