How long have you been working with Progiclean?

We started our partnership with SENEF in January 2020.

What's special about your business?

Our business has many specific features:

  • Multi-site or even multi-employer employees,

  • It's a job that's generally under pressure, with recruitment problems that make scheduling more complex.

Our Information System must therefore offer us flexibility and speed of execution.

What actions do you take on a daily basis to plan your business?

The daily handling of our alerts is the common thread running through our business, guaranteeing that we keep our "customer promise" and respect our regulatory environment.

In Human Resources, it's essential to track and plan events such as medical check-ups, unsigned endorsements and the end of probationary periods.

How were you organized before using Progiclean, and what tools did you use?

In 2019, we were able to draw up our schedules in Excel because we had around ten employees.

For payroll, we were using URSSAF software (TESE), which has its limitations in terms of headcount.

The rapid growth of our company led us to use software adapted to our activity which, via alerts, ensured that our commitments were respected.

How did you become part of the SENEF-Progiclean family?

We were supported in several stages by the SENEF teams.

Together with the Progiclean teams, we drew up all the programming details, including contract numbers, estimates and employees.

Then there was support over several months, with weekly telephone updates on progress.

Without any hesitation, alert management. This has helped to structure our company and ensure its successful development. What's also appreciated is Progiclean's ergonomic design, which allows you to perform the same action in several ways, depending on your level of expertise. In any business, compensating for an oversight is bound to take up a lot of time.

And now, how does SENEF - Progiclean meet your day-to-day needs?

We have JIRA support, a tool that enables us to open tickets in all areas (HR, sales, purchasing), with rapid feedback, often within 24 hours.

Thanks to this tool, we can also propose technical evolutions.
