Interview with Jordan Lecointre.

Jordan Lecointre, Administrative and Financial Director of Ouest Nettoyage. Ouest Nettoyage is a family business, founded over 30 years ago. Our 400 employees work mainly in and around Le Mans, providing cleaning services. Our customers include industrial firms, local authorities, condominiums, event organizers and service companies. Our short-term ambition is to develop our expertise in other départements.

 

 

How long have you been working with Progiclean?

We started with Progiclean on January 1, 2020

What's special about your business?

We manage 400 employees, over 500 customers and around 800 invoices per month.
One of our major challenges is to manage all these volumes as effectively as possible, by facilitating monitoring, control, reliability and administration, thus freeing up time for our employees and customers!

What actions do you take on a daily basis to plan your business?

Each function has its own scope on Progiclean. Our site managers manage their employee absences and locations. On the HR side, we draw up contracts and validate payroll variables. Invoicing is also handled by an independent function.

How were you organized before using Progiclean, and what tools did you use?

Before Progiclean, our tool was rather rigid. It had the main functionalities required for our management, but it was no longer evolving, and above all it didn't communicate with the old payroll system. This added considerably to our processing times.

What changes have you seen in your teams' use of Progiclean? What did you think of it?
How has the solution improved your productivity and task management efficiency?

With Progiclean we have found a mobile tool that can be shared at all levels of the company.
We were able to think up new processes internally, and new functionalities are still helping us evolve today.
And as far as payroll is concerned, we have considerably reduced our processing times, while gaining in reliability. This was a sensitive point internally before the deployment of Progiclean and Silae.

Which of the solution's features do you find most useful and practical?

The Progiclean - Silae interface is a real asset!
We're currently reviewing our employment contract management process thanks to the electronic signature tool. It's a major efficiency booster for us, enabling us to devote more time to higher value-added missions.

What support did you receive from the Progiclean teams during the implementation phase? And on a day-to-day basis?

Prior to setting up Progiclean, we set up a project group to ensure that everyone felt involved. Everyone was able to identify their problems and obtain answers from the Progiclean teams. For the data collection phase, for example, we organized mini-sessions in pairs to check and complete certain information in Progiclean, so as to get to grips with the tool before the official launch.

What are the main advantages / benefits of working with Progiclean / SENEF?

Our tools are modern and constantly evolving. For each tool, Progiclean and Silae, we have technical contacts who always provide us with an answer.
