Fouad Rabia, manager of Amadeus Nettoyage, Amadeus Nettoyage is a cleaning company with around 40 employees based in the Paris suburbs. We've been working with Progiclean since 2020.

 

 

What's special about your business?

In the context of a cleaning company, managing the presence of employees on site and keeping track of their schedules is of paramount importance. Planning cleaning operations is a complex task, subject to many unforeseen circumstances. Maintaining communication with our customers is also one of our priorities, in order to best meet their needs.

What actions do you take on a daily basis to plan your business?

Thanks to Progiclean, we check the alerts we receive every morning and throughout the day. We set up checkpoints with the various teams, from accounting and human resources to operations and customer service.

How were you organized before using Progiclean, and what tools did you use?

We previously used three separate solutions: Excel, and two applications for planning and management. Now Progiclean is all we need. What changes have you seen in your teams' use of Progiclean? What do you think of it? The tool optimizes the management of non-operational payroll by reducing the workload associated with the day-to-day management of the business, thus saving time and money.

As a manager, I have a 360° view of what's going on. Reactivity is improved thanks to check-in alerts. We also get better tracking of deliveries to sites, as well as better management of our inventories.

Which of the solution's features do you find most useful and practical?

Invoicing, Mobiclean and qualimobi employee applications and, of course, schedule management.

What support did you receive from the Progiclean teams during the implementation phase? And on a day-to-day basis?

Our team was trained for several days by the Progiclean teams. Today, our customer service and satisfaction follow-up are highly responsive.
